EVERY APPLICANT HAS TO COME FOR PERSONAL INTERVIEW WHEN CALLED BY THE EMBASSY
- Passports :- Passport valid for 06 months from the date of entry at least two blank page)
- Photographs :- Two recent passport size, ( 35mm x 45mm of the picture) photographs
- Visa Forms :- 1 Fully typed visa application forms, signed by the applicant, all columns must be filled,(
- not to be printed back to back, required on separate sheets only)
- Original Invitation Letter from Argentina :-mentioning the RENUARY NUMBER. The invitation should preferably be in SPANISH (if in ENGLISH then translated in SPANISH) attested by Notary and COLEGIO DE ES CRIBANOS in Argentina. If Renuary number is not mentioned on the Invitation letter then Latest Copy of Renuary (REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF ARGENTINE COMPANY) is must.
- Covering Letter :- A covering letter per individual/family/ company addressed to The Visa officer, Embassy of Argentina,The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates. Covering letter should state the purpose of visit and day to day details and also provide a translated copy in Spanish
- Indian Chamber of Commerce Letter:-Recommendation letter / Registration Certificate with a translated copy in Spanish
- Itinerary / Air tickets :- A day-to-day itinerary/travel plan covering applicant stay in Argentina,tickets having departure date not be less than 21 days.
- Authorization letter
- Supporting Credentials
- Onward Visa (if any).
- Last month Salary Slip the applicant
- Company ITR for last year
- Latest Personal Income Tax Returns
- Personal 6 months original Bank statement with minimum balance of 01 Lakh with Bank Seal with Signatures and the name of the Bank Officer issuing the bank statement, with complete contact details of bank including the phone number as embassy would call the bank to verify the account.
