REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Passports :- Passport valid for 06 months from the date of entry at least two blank page)
  • Photographs :- Two recent  passport size, ( 35mm x 45mm of the picture) photographs with 70 to 80% face coverage, 35*45 mm size, Embassy does not accept photo with white shirt/t-shirt
  • Application Form 
  • Covering Letter  :- A covering letter per individual/ company addressed toThe Visa Officer, Embassy of People`s Republic of China , The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates. Covering letter should  state the purpose of visit and day to day details.
  • Invitation Letter(scanned copy will do) from China Company.
  • Photocopy of Front Data page and Last page of Passport.
  • Medical Form– please see visa forms section of our website.
  • Original Work Permit Notification Letter from relevant authorities in China.
  • Copy of Educational Degree
  • Photocopy of Applicants Educational Qualifications and Professional Qualifications.
  • Contract/Agreement Copy

PASSPORT ISSUED FROM MAHARASHTRA, KARNATAKA  APPLY IN MUMBAI.
ORISSA, WEST BENGAL, CHHATTISGARH, JHARKHAND,BIHAR – APPLY IN KOLKATA
REST ALL PASSPORTS CAN BE APPLIED IN DELHI.
