- Photographs :- Two recent passport size, ( 35mm x 45mm of the picture) photographs with 70 to 80% face coverage, 35*45 mm size, Embassy does not accept photo with white shirt/t-shirt

- Covering Letter :- A covering letter per individual/ company addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Netherlands . The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates. Covering letter should state the purpose of visit and day to day details.
- Original Bank Statements (With bank seal and signature) last 3 months with branch address and telephone numbers.
- Verified and legalized Birth Certificate.
- Work Permit :- To be arranged by the counterpart company in Netherlands and sent to the Applicant.
- Proof of Educational and Professional Certificates.
- Bank Statements, Copies of Credit Cards, Income Tax Returns for Financial Solvency Proof .
- Confirmed one way Air Ticket (or ticket with Live PNR) .

Mandatory online pre-payment service fees introduced in India
From the 02 July 2018 onwards, applicants for a Netherlands visa must book an appointment and pay the VFS service fee online before going to a VFS visa application center to submit their application and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph). From this date, appointments to submit applications will only be confirmed once payment is complete.
VFS SERVICES IS NONREFUNDABLE if applicant is not going for the bio-metric on the appointment date then NEED TO BOOK NEW APPOINTMENT AND HAVE TO PAY THE VFS SERVICE CHARGES AGAIN.
