REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Passports :- Passport valid for 06 months from the date of entry (at least two blank page)
  • Performa duly filled by applicant.
  • Photographs :- Two recent  passport size, ( 35mm x 45mm of the picture) photographs with 70 to 80% face coverage, 35*45 mm size, Embassy does not accept photo with white shirt/t-shirt
  • DS-160 Confirmation
  • Appointment Letter
  • Payment Receipt
  • Invitation Letter
  • Covering Letter  :- A covering letter per individual/ company addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy Of United States Of America. The Covering Letter should brief the profile of the applicants and the purpose of travel with travel dates. Covering letter should  state the purpose of visit and day to day details.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket (or ticket with Live PNR) , covering all the sectors. (with a gap of 10-15 days from the date of submission).
  • Confirmed Hotel as per the ticket sectors (with hotel Name, Address, Telephone no and Email. Id
  • Original Bank Statements (With bank seal and signature) last 3 months with branch address and telephone numbers along with Income Tax paper for the last 3 years (preferably)

First time travelers require the following additional documents:- Brief Company Profile;Proof of occupation; Income Tax papers, Company Balance Sheet, Bank Statement of Company for the last 6 months; Proof of Financial solvency; Fixed Deposits/ Investments/ Property Papers etc.

The above list of documents are the standard requirements for the visa application. The Embassy / Consulate/ High Commission/ Application Centres hold the rights to demand further documents for verification.

Equivalent to 160USD to be paid in INR
